Payment Methods

We accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Checks Online. No C.O.D.'s or other forms of payment are accepted at this time.

Sales Policy

All sales are backed by an unconditional 30 day money back guaranty. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it for a refund of the purchase price. The following restrictions and guidelines apply.

We must be notified of your intent to return your item within 30 days from date of shipment. This may be different than date of receipt or the order date.
Item must be returned to the point of origin of original shipment, freight prepaid by customer.
Refund will be for cost of item being returned and will not include shipping or handling charges as these are nonrefundable.
All returns require a return authorization issued by Buy-Internet-Direct.
Any return received without a return authorization will be refused and may cause you additional freight charges.
All returns must be received within 10 days of the issuance of a return authorization.
Credit will be issued to the form of payment originally used to make the purchase.
Allow 2 - 4 weeks for credit to process once your return has been received by us.
We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone

Shipping Policy

We strive to find and maintain the lowest possible cost of shipping goods. Because we are always comparing rates and service from different carriers, we reserve the right to ship by the best suitable means we determine. Any express shipping and delivery times are products of the carrier we choose and we cannot control or be held responsible for any delays in delivery once an item has left our facility. All shipments should be inspected at the time of delivery and any shipping damage must be noted with the delivery driver. Failure to do this could result in difficulty obtaining compensation for damage that resulted during shipment. In the event of any damage during shipment, we will assist you in following the procedures set forth by the carrier to correct the damage. We cannot be held responsible for such damage.
